Sailing – A passion for the sea

Sailing holds a special place in my life. As a member of Clube de Vela do Sado, I enjoy the freedom of being on the water, the connection with the sea and the combination of adventure, concentration and teamwork. Sailing offers a different perspective on the world and a welcome balance to my professional life.

Other interests

European folk dancing brings together music, movement and cultural traditions, while occasional games of pickleball add a playful and active dimension to my free time. These activities offer different ways of discovering, learning and enjoying life beyond my professional commitments.
